What discipline do you cater to?

We do not specialize in any particular one, we carry both English and Western, from the largest to the smallest of our four legged friends.

I’ve Never owned or ridden a horse before no clue what I need?

Don’t worry, we are not pushy commissioned sales staff, we are owner operated by two very helpful experienced horsewomen, with 9 years experience helping many new riders and owners get started. We do not sell you what you don’t need, we offer alternatives and will work within your budget to get you going.

What if I can’t get to your store in open times?

Call, we can arrange for an afterhours appointment
We are open 10:00am – 6:00pm Mon – Sat and Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm (Jun – Dec) and Sundays 11:00am – 3:00pm (Jan – May)

How can I pay?

Cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques with proper I.D.

Do you Ship?

Yes we can ship anywhere in Canada, States and worldwide by Canada Post, Express Post or Courier.
You pay the shipping and insurance.

We do not carry

New English or Western Saddles with the exception of Wintecs, as there are so many and we don’t have the space to stock them all, but we can get any of the following brands, as long as you know the style #, seat size, saddle width and color and our competitors price, which we will beat:

Circe Y, Billy Cook, Western Rawhide, Big Horn etc.

English brands like:

Santa Cruz, Bromont, Klimke, RuizDiaz, Amerigo, Pessoa, HDR, Henri De Rivel, Exselle, Passier

If you don’t see what you want, We are sure we can get it and at a very competitive price.

Pricing?

We try to beat all competitors prices, so just let us know if anything in our store is priced higher and we will fix it. We also do barn and quantity discounts.

Return Policy?

All new items are returnable as long as they are not used, damaged and in original packing either for a store credit or cash refund. If you paid by Debit or Credit card, please bring card with you so we can credit your account.

All used items are returnable as long as there has been no damage to the item.

Please remember though that nothing is 100% horse proof or weatherproof and we cannot refund for items that have been mistreated or damaged due to accidents.
