Do I have to know how much money I want for my items?

No, we can help you decided what is a fair price.

Can I change the price on my items anytime?

Yes, just call, email or pop in the store.

How long can I leave my items to sell?

We don’t have a timeframe as some items will sell faster than others depending on price, brand, age, season and demand.

How long will it take for my items to sell?

We can never answer that one! but we do a best to represent every consignment fairly, and again depending on demand, season, price, age and condition.

Can I take my items back any time?

Yes, just call ahead, but if a buyer has seen or tested the item in our store, in all fairness, they should purchase through us.

Can I send some-one else to pick up my items?

Yes, just give them you consignment sheet with a signed note and call ahead just so we know.

Is there GST and PST on pre-owned items?

Unfortunately yes, as pre-owned is a huge part of our business and everything has receipts, but it has its bonuses, really!  All items are returnable if not suitable, unlike stores that pre-owned is a sideline and no receipts are given.

What if I lose my consignment #?

Don’t worry, we can find it, it just might take a little longer.

What if I can’t come to the store for my payout?

We’ll mail a cheque out to you.

Do I have to collect my payout every month?

No, you can accrue your $’s and collect whenever you need to.

Can someone else pick up my consignment payout?

We prefer not to, but if we cannot get your money to you any other way, then yes with a signed note and a phone call to us.
